PET DESCRIPTION: Delphine is a one-year-old female tabby found as a stray and brought to us. Sweet lady, loves attention, has a cute 1/2 tail.
CAT ADOPTION FEE. Cats & Kittens under one year old are $50.00 but cats over a year old are 'name your adoption fee.'
