Meet Tiky — A Special Needs Cockatiel Looking for a Quiet Home ❤️

Tiky is a male cockatiel looking for a loving, patient forever home. He is a mostly quiet bird with a gentle personality and would do best in a calm, peaceful household where he can feel safe and comfortable. We were told Tiky is 7 yrs old, but the vet seems to think he is a bit older.

Tiky is vision impaired due to cataracts, so he needs a little extra understanding and care. Because of his limited vision, a home where his cage, food, water, and surroundings can remain consistent would be ideal. He may take some time to become comfortable in a new environment, but with patience and a gentle approach, he can settle into a loving home.

Tiky's Ideal Home

A quiet, calm household

Someone who understands that Tiky has limited vision

A patient adopter willing to let him adjust at his own pace

A safe environment with minimal changes to his surroundings

Lots of love, kindness, and gentle attention

Tiky isn't looking for a busy or noisy home. He's looking for someone who will appreciate his quiet nature and give him the peaceful life he deserves.

If you think you could provide Tiky with a safe, quiet, and loving forever home, please reach out to learn more about him. ❤️
