Notes from Burge Bird Rescue

My name is Ali and I am a Timneh African Grey parrot - my birth year was somewhere between 1972 and 1992 and I am an imported bird. My diet is pellets, veggies, fruits and the occasional french fry! Seed as a treat. I am cage dominant, hand shy and won't step up. I love to shred toys, bathe in a water bowl and am very good at mimicing. I have had three owners and am not tame or people friendly but love to sit on top of my cage and survey my domain. My adoption fee is $800.
