Notes from Palomacy Pigeon & Dove Adoptions

Dust Bunny (or Dusty for short!) started hanging around a good Samaritan's backyard, desperately looking for company with the doves at the local bird feeder. This handsome fellow is no Feral pigeon, though — outdoor life was getting to him. By the time the homeowners were able to scoop Dusty up, he had a broken toe and parasites and had grown dangerously skinny. Dust Bunny is going through intensive care to recover now, spending most of his days sleeping, being hand fed, or even getting scritches. As exhausted as he is, he still finds energy to warn humans not to touch, flap his wings to beg, or to gobble down giant seeds. We look forward to learning more about this beautiful little bird with such a strong will to live! Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/
