Update: Dandy is a dude! And he has married the little widow Sugar. They are a lovely couple who mind their own business & play well with others. Dandy is a very elegant, beautiful & shy single pigeon. I think she's female but is only just reaching sexual maturity so that guess may change in the near future. She's grown up in an aviary surrounded by pigeons & seems disinclined to fall in love with humans though I'm sure, with the right match, she might fall in love with a person.
